Grades 3-6 (MVHS) - 6 weeks – Dates – Tues and Thurs, March 25-April 30, 6:00-7:00pm

Grades 7-10 (MVHS) -
* Starts March 11, 6:00 Tues and Thurs
* Practices March 11,13 and 18 will be from 6:00-8:00pm
* Practices March 25-may 3 will be from 7:15-8:30

Grades 11,12 (MVHS)

* Starts March 11, 6:00, Tues and Thurs
* Practices March 11,13 and 18 will be from 6:00-8:00pm

* Practices March 25-April 10 – 7:15-8:30 (last night is April 10)

The Iron Mustang club is designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced kids. The spring program teaches freestyle, which is the style used at the Olympic level and for all MN/USA Wrestling kids tournaments. Practices will include wrestling techniques, live wrestling, exercises and games. A great way for kid’s to build strength, confidence and self-esteem. 

The club is a member of MN/USA Wrestling and will participate in some optional Saturday tournaments throughout the 6 week period. Tournaments have extra charges.
