The Iron Mustang Freestyle and Greco program is open to any wrestler who has wrestled in at least one of our programs previously, this includes; beginner, intermediate and advanced folkstyle, freestyle or Greco programs. This also includes anyone who has wrestled in a Mounds View School district middle school or High School program.
Outside of the above criteria, we are not accepting new members at this time.
Please email me if there is a request for membership outside of the above criteria.

Freestyle Wrestling April 3rd-May 15
7 weeks - $100
Coached by U of M Standouts Nick and Chris Dardanes
K-4 - Tuesday and Thursday (6-7pm)
Grades 5-11 - Tuesday and Thursday (7-8:20pm)
Advanced 3rd and 4th graders can choose later practice, email me to verify if your wrestler is considered adavanced.
Greco-Roman Mondays April 9-May 14
$50 - 6 weeks - Monday nights
Coached by Dave Zuniga (1996 Greco Olympian)
Grades 3-11 (6:30-8:00)
